While each university may have their own specific requirements, there are some general ones that apply to most institutions. By meeting these requirements, you'll be one step closer to making your dream of studying in North Cyprus come true.

Here is a more detailed summary of the most common admission requirements for Northern Cyprus universities:

In Northern Cyprus, courses are conducted in English, so it is necessary to meet certain English requirements for admission to Northern Cyprus universities. However, individuals from English-speaking countries or those who have completed their secondary education in English will be exempted from the English language requirements.

People from French-speaking or Portuguese-speaking countries with no prior English background, a level exam will be required upon arrival. The admission team at Himalaya Travel will provide all the necessary details and dates for these level exams.

The following international test are accepted to all northern cyprus universities:
1. Dualingo Passing score 80
2. TOEFL iBT passing score (41-46)
3. IELTS academic passing score being (5)

The following documents must be submitted on the Himalaya Travel website's application page for your application to be considered:
1. A clear biometric photo (5mm*5mm): This photo should be recent (not older than 6 months) and of high quality, as it will be used on your Unconditional Acceptance letter.
2. High school/secondary certificate or diploma: This can be an A or O level, WAEC or NECO, GCSE or equivalent.
3. High school transcript (mark sheet): This is optional
4. Evidence of English language competence: This can be a Duolingo, TOEFL, or IELTS test and it's optional
5. Photocopy of the passport (relevant page) or birth certificate: We understand that some people may not have their passport ready. Therefore, in order to successfully secure your admission, you can apply using any other official document that can prove your identity. This can include a national ID card, a driver's licence, or any other acceptable form of identification but you will need to have your passport ready before applying for your Visa.

For the master program, the following documents must be submitted in addition to the ones mentioned above:
1. A valid Bachelor's degree transcript from a recognized university.
2. A valid Bachelor's degree diploma.
3. A curriculum vitae (CV)

For the PhD program, the following documents must be submitted in addition to the ones mentioned above:
1. A valid Bachelor's & Master's degree Transcript from a recognized University
2. A Valid Bachelor's & Master's degree Diploma
3. A CV and a research proposal
